Privacy Policy

A short policy, because this is currently a short site: it does not run analytics, set advertising cookies, or collect anything you do not deliberately send us.
What this site collects
Nothing automatically beyond what any web server records. The site is a set of static pages served by Cloudflare Pages. It does not load analytics scripts, advertising tags, session recorders or third-party trackers, and it does not set cookies for any of those purposes.
The only things stored in your browser are:
- Your day / night theme choice, so the site does not reset to dark every time you arrive.
- A flag recording that the intro animation has played in this browser session, so it does not replay on every page.
Both live in your own browser's local storage. Neither is sent to us, and clearing your site data removes both.
What you send us
If you email us — including through any "Check My Address" link, which today opens your own email client rather than posting a form — we receive whatever you write. In practice that is usually your name, email address, property address and a description of what you want to build. We use it to answer you and to run the zoning and feasibility read you asked for.
Property records, parcel boundaries, zoning districts and setback rules used in that read come from public county and municipal sources, not from you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only where the work requires it — for example with a surveyor, engineer, or a permitting office reviewing your project — or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Project correspondence is kept for as long as we may need it to support the project and to meet contract, warranty and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence that is not subject to those obligations.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailinghello@carolinagaragecrafters.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
This site is intended for property owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
When the site starts doing more — a real feasibility form, customer accounts, saved configurations — this policy will be updated to describe it before that feature goes live, and the date at the top will change.
