Using this site

You are welcome to read, print and share these pages for your own purposes. Please do not scrape the site, resell its content, or republish the drawings, renderings and photography on it — those are ours or licensed to us.

Disclaimer

This is the important part, so it is stated plainly.

• Prices shown are estimates. Published pricing describes a defined build on an ordinary site. Site conditions, access, soils, utilities, demolition, jurisdictional requirements and material availability all move a real number. Nothing on this site is a bid or an offer, and no price becomes binding until it is in a signed contract.
• Feasibility and site plan output is preliminary.Zoning districts, setbacks, easements, buffers, overlays and impervious limits are read from published ordinances and public parcel data. Public data is sometimes out of date or wrong, and ordinances are amended. Anything produced here must be confirmed against the governing jurisdiction and, where boundaries matter, against a current survey.
• It is not a survey and not engineering. Drawings on this site are illustrative. They are not sealed by a licensed surveyor or engineer and must not be used as if they were.
• We do not guarantee approval. Permits, HOA approvals, historic district review and variances are decided by other people. We manage those submissions; we do not control their outcomes.
• Renderings are illustrations. Configurator images, sample site plans and example addresses are examples, not photographs of a specific delivered project or a specific real lot.

Where we work

Carolina Garage Crafters holds a North Carolina general contractor licence and works on the North Carolina side of the Charlotte region only. Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work in South Carolina or any other state.

Accounts

Customer accounts are not open yet. The login page exists so that the route is stable when they are; it does not create an account, and it does not ask for a password.

Third-party material

Some illustrations on this site are built on third-party basemaps and are credited where they appear. Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for what is on them.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information published here rather than on a signed contract, a sealed drawing, or a determination from the governing jurisdiction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
